Instructions:
- Read the Alabama Drivers Handbook
- To create an account, click on "Register Now"
- Enter your information and click "Submit"
- Click on "BUY NOW" to pay with PayPal

- After paying, you will be emailed a password
- Return to the ETA account log in screen
- Enter your email address and password to begin
- After completion, a certificate will be emailed to you
- Print certificate and mail to the court
